Profile Type 750
The galvanized profile can be used for not clamped or clamped roller. For clamped roller the profile has to be turned. Clamped roller are used if the required pitch make the use of brake conveyor roller impossible or the track has to get a better stability .
Connector
Rollex roller tracks are supplied in pre-assembled modules to minimize transport charges. With the connectors various track length can be mounted.
Spacer
These spacers are only used if the roller are not clamped. They are used to fix the two profiles Type 750 with a special distance.
Conveyor Roller
For our standard galvanized(STI) or blank (ST) roller are used for the tube material. The shaft variation is either A 12 glatt for not clamped or A 14 IGM 10 for clamped roller. Beside the standard length(Installation Length = EL = 872, 1072, and 1272) even special dimensions can be manufactured.
Break-(Conveyor) Roller
The right combination of weight, contact area, used material, declination and break is important for a working conveyor track. For an optimal continuous break Rollex offers direct and indirect working break elements. Break Roller and Break Conveyor Roller regulate the speed of the goods. They keep a constant speed.The advantage of the Rollex Break Conveyor Roller is the spring loaded mounting.
Seperator
Especially if long tracks or heavy loads are used additional separations are installed to reduce pressure. That reduces the pressure upon the interlock shaft at the pick up place.
