Pneumatic Separation

In some cases the best solution is the use of pneumatic elements for separation. For example if the following pallets shall roll with delay of time or by means of additional switch or if two Düsseldorf Pallets have to be pick up together.

Separation in the middle of the track to reduce pressure.

Especially if long tracks or heavy loads are used additional separations are installed to reduce pressure. That reduces the pressure upon the interlock shaft at the pick up place.

Pick up Element with separator.

For low weights(up to max. 300 kg) and not more than 3 places each track the separator may be the cheapest solution.
