Large contact areas, i.e. Plastic Boxes, divide the forces equally – so Pallet Rails can be assembled from two up to n rails to a roller carpet. This makes this solution flexible and efficient.
The Rail Length of Pallet Rail storages is normally between 1.5 and 6 meter. Specially for long, inclined tracks the breaking is a challenge if heavy load are transported. Rollex uses a combination of Rail and Track. The combination of narrow roller pitch with break- and separation-devices makes transport of heavy load possible.
