The Rollex Motor Roller 50 as been developed for use conveyor systems that move continuously and without pressure, specially for transport of small container and cartons. It combines modern technology and reliable components to a well proved product.
Saving money at all pinches
The Rollex Motor Roller 50 replaces the elements of the normal systems and combines motor and controlling in only one roller. That make additional parts like motor, chains or driveshafts needless. The roller has only to be mounted into the frame and connected to the external control card. This saves mounting –times and costs, and minimizes space requirement.
The well tested and fully developed technique makes it possible: the Motor Roller 50 is not behind any other system regarding to reliability and operational performance. Rollex guaranties high performance.
Fast and low noise
Speeds up to 1,3 m/s increase the flow of goods definitely. Anyhow a noise level of 60 dB will not be overstepped. That means stress-free working.
Controled exactly
The combination of intern and extern control card(see left) allows you to adjust the speed and turn direction exactly, so the goods arrive when they are needed. This optimises the flow of goods and guarantees maximum productivity.
You make the installation, everything else will be made from us.
The Motor Roller 50 will be shipped including the external Control Card.
